What we are expecting and looking for in a raider:

Attendence (showing up for scheduled raids)
Preparedness (coming prepared with whatever is needed for raiding, food, repaired, oil, flasks etc. And very important know your class and role in a boss fight)
Survivability (Key in fights is to learn them and stay alive)
Attitude (yelling and cursing, talking consistantly will not be tolerated during raids, if you can't learn you'll start sitting)
DPS/Healing is looked at last, do what you assigned to do, and we fix if that didn't work. After learned fights if your healing and dps are low and gear warrant more, you will be expecting to fix it by maybe changing spec, learn your class or learn to play in general.

We are 25 people in the raid, there is no time for everyones opinion during the raid, take any issue up after the raid with an officer. The raid leader will make the calls on strats, and usually they are different that what you might have raid on other forums, take it up with the raid leader afterward. Fights can be done more than one way, don't waste raid time bickering about strat or loot. In regards to loot, look at the post on loot rules.
